Yes, we require a security deposit of 75.00 to secure your date. This will be applied to your balance.
Balloons require a 100.00 non- refundable deposit.
we can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel or dirt.
Yes, we clean, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each event.
We usually cancel if the forecast is showing 35% or more. If you want to reschedule for a later time that is fine or we will refund 100% if no services were provided. If we arrive and set up and it starts raining we do keep your security deposit. We reserve the right to cancel, our equipment is very expensive and will ruin in the rain.
No balloons are not included.
We do offer custom organic garlands balloon garlands starting at 270.00 plus tax each additional feet is priced at 27.00 per ft.
Yes, delivery rates apply and depend on where you live from our zip code 77379. We do charge a flat rate local fee to everyone living in the spring, Klein, woodlands area of 35.00. We will do our best to arrive 1-45 minutes unless specified otherwise.
