we can set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel or dirt.
Yes, we clean, sanitize, and dry our inflatables immediately after each event.
For the safety of all participants, in the event of rain in the forecast, our services will not be setup outdoors. We kindly request that customers arrange an indoor alternative as a backup location for your event. Please note that deposits made for bookings are non-refundable in most cases related to weather conditions. However, customers are entitled to retain their deposit as credit for future event.
This credit will remain valid for a period of 1 year. We are committed to working closely with you to reschedule your event based on our availability. (It's important note that once Modern Bounce Houston LLC has completed the full setup, there will be no refunds issued)
